Please call or email if you cannot find the answer to your question.
o No, you do not have to be home during construction.
o We will discuss logistics before we start construction, to include identification of property access points, material/equipment staging, bathroom access and site security and control.
o Yes. We will require access to a bathroom for deck construction projects. This can be achieved with a portable restroom (aka porta-potty) on site.
o We love dogs! For their safety and ours, they must be secured and remain outside of the construction zone. We wish to focus our attention on building a beautiful deck and not be responsible for pets.
o YES! Winter can be the best time to build a deck so it’s ready when the temperatures warm up. Our construction is mainly impacted by temperature or harsh weather conditions, more than season.
o Every deck is different, but once we start, your deck will be our primary focus (as conditions allow) until it is complete.
o Inside city limits – maybe. We will gladly help you get the permits to build.
o Outside city limits – no.
o Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We may be able to start work as early as 5am on the weekdays, but we rarely work on the weekends.
o Keeping a clean and safe work environment is one of our top values and part of our delivered product. We will go above and beyond to minimize impact to your regular routine and health and safety. For example, we will have in-house shoes for times we need to go inside so as not to track in mud, any doors that must be blocked will have caution tape, signage and physical barriers in place to keep from accidentally stepping out of a door while landing is temporarily removed.
o We encourage any special requests or questions you have about cleanliness and safety on our jobsites.
